Sanssouci Palace is closed on Monday.
New Palace is closed on Tuesday.
Reduced tickets available for school children, students, trainees, participants in the Federal Volunteers (BFD) or the Freiwillige Soziale Jahr (FSJ, voluntary social year) programs, severely disabled persons (with a degree of disability (GdB) of at least 50%), as well as recipients of “Arbeitslosengeld I” unemployment benefits. Proper identification must be shown for reductions to apply.

Schade: man schafft nicht alle Schlösser / beide großen Parks an einem Tag. Schade: es wird nicht deutlich genug darauf hingewiesen, dass der Neue Palais am Dienstag geschlossen ist Schade: Schloss Charlottenhof und die Römischen Bäder haben wir trotz Einsatz eines Navis nicht gefunden. Die Beschilderung an den Wegen ist sehr schlecht !!!

l’heure du billet correspond à l’heure d’entrée au château principal sanssouci. en cas de retard il faut attendre un peu surtout s’il y a des groupes mais cela se fait. Potsdam est grand. nous avons opté pour la marche à pied mais n’avons pas pu tout voir. je conseille de louer un vélo au départ de la gare. c’est à peu près plat. attention aux fermetures ou travaux en cours de certains château (notamment cecilienhof). très beau château et visite avec audioguide bien adaptée
