Joachim was an excellent tour guide. Very passionate and his knowledge was first class. Due to his expert knowledge, he was able to give extra relevant stories/details which enhanced the experience. It didn't feel like he was just going through the motions and his enthusiasm for the subject held everyone's interest. Any questions he was asked, he was able to answer them. Joachim found a piece of music composed by one of the prisoners which he played out to everyone which added to the experience. Wish he was a tour guide on all our trips!

This was one of the most educational tours I have ever done. Our guide Michael was amazing. He was so gentle in his approach with all the horrible history facts that we were learning and but so respectful to the victims. I felt like we learned so much, and never would have heard so much doing the trip unguided. Plenty of time to read and explore facts on our own along side our guide. The bus was very comfortable and so easy to find. Drop off was central too! 10/10!!!
