We were on a cruise and late into port so as we didn’t have 24 hours notice it was non refundable. Would not book again until the day of.

Great value for money and we managed to get 2days of travel as it’s 24hr use so the later you use it during the 1st day it means you have use the following day. We opted for the river cruise which was lovely too. Only criticism is that the bus stops don’t seem to be well marked so you can’t be certain you are stood at the correct place.
