Sehr schöne Fahrt, der Guide hat alles schön erklärt. Es war eine große Gruppe an Bord, die ziemlich laut waren, so dass man den Guide nicht immer verstehen konnte. Dafür kann aber weder der Guide noch die Reederei etwas. Würde jederzeit wieder mit diesem Anbieter fahren.

Die Tour ansich war gut. Es waren vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu bewundern. Auch der Service an Board (Geränkeverkauf) war super. Der Checkin war sehr einfach und wir legten pünktlich ab. Der Guide und seine Metode wie der mit den Passagiere umgeht ist gewönungsbedürfigt. Zudem hatten wir eine deutschsprachige Tour gebucht. Deutlich mehr als die Hälft war allerdings auf Englisch. Das war für mich als Erwachsener jetzt nicht so schlimm, die 10 jährigen Kinder verstanden allerdings nichts. Wenn wir schon in Deutschland sind, sollten wir auch zu unserer Muttersprache stehen und die Tour in deutsch durchführen.
