Il serait bien que pour la visite des tours nous ayons un audioguide. La visite guidee était très généraliste et manquait de détails malgré la sympathie de la médiatrice de tourisme.

We were very disappointed particularly with the lack of information about where and when to meet for the second part of the tour at the Sagrata Família. We went to the group area and had to ask a number of officers about where to meet before one recognized the company and told us we had to go 2 blocks away. Fortunately, we did not have anyone in the group with a disability. Due to this lack of information we were close to missing the tour time. The quality of the tour was also inferior with a very large group and for the first part head sets that were difficult to keep on your ear and at the second headsets that were static and caused us to miss some information. Although the guide was very knowledgeable, we were disappointed at the briefness of the guided portions of the tours and somewhat vague information about where we could explore on our own. We also thought the cost was very high when compared to a full day all inclusive tour the day before that cost less.

we did not know that we had to travel by taxi by ourselves to meet the guide for the second part of the tour. did not expect the added expenses of taxi.

Die Verlegung der Termine drei Tage vorher wegen eines Systemfehlers war organisatorisch sehr schwierig. Der Guide war aber sehr freundlich und hat alles gut erklärt. Mit den Treffpunkten hat auch alles prima geklappt 👍🏼

Il y a eu un changement d'horaire et je n'ai donc pas eu accès aux tours de la Sagrada familia. Ce changement d'horaire m'a mise dans l'embarras tout l'après-midi et ne suis déçue de cette mauvaise organisation. il faudrait que les changements d'horaire soient plus clairement expliqués et que l'on prenne plus en compte les clients.
