Montserrat was a great tour guide! She was very knowledgeable and passionate about the architecture and Gaudi’s life and works. Anyone is lucky to have her as a guide!
I am highly disappointed with our tour guide, not on par to the pricing we have paid of almost $400 for 2 adults and 2 kids. I have never experienced that kind of a tour guide experience. The one that cost us $800 before in Rome was AMAZING, the one we took in Madrid for $4 was BEYOND, all were with other companies. This one don’t remember he name but with the Crown tours is just no it at all: sounds tired, not energetic, the English language skills are 7/10 with is fine but not for that Sagrada Família experience. Sorry, just not it.
Fantastic !!!!!!!
