Tour guide was very good. It was difficult finding the meeting place was difficult. The person holding the umbrella had the logo facing away from the entrance.

Ci aspettavamo un tour con una persona che parlasse italiano, daltronde se uno prende una guida in italiano cosa altro deve aspettarsi? Invece no, la guida è stata anche molto carina, gentile ed ha fatto il suo meglio per farsi capire. Su ungruppo di 20 persone non credo che ci sia stato qualcuno soddisfatto al 100%. Servizio da migliorare.

Park Guell was interesting and a very cool place to visit, but the added cost for the tour was definitely not worth it. The tour guide gave very basic information, noting special or more than you could read on Wikipedia. When I take a guided tour I expect more detail and unusual stories that I cam’t easily find. Our guide, Carol, was “all business” and gave a very standard basic tour. She was professional, but I prefer more engaging guides when I take tours. I would only recommend this particular tour if there are not any other tour s available or a basic entry ticket.
