Guide Sara was very nice, pleasant. comfortable bus and quick access to Madonna.
Anna and Valeria are very friendly. They were very helpful to us and kind.
I felt for the 2 young members of staff, due to an old couple kicking off as they had to get in the queue and said they were there first and should be served first. There was no need for it from this couple. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and was really happy with the tour and all the information given.
Our Tour Guide Nuria was great and has a good sense of humour! Makes the tour enjoyable and fun.
The group size was clearly too large! With such a large number of participants, a different organization is required, especially because there were not only too many participants, but also different types of bookings within the same group. This puts stress on the guide and the participants. The bilingual nature of the tour makes it even more complicated. I would not recommend this tour.
Excellent tour! Knowledgeable guide was personable, solicitous, and helpful. Plenty of time for free activity as well as structured moments to learn about the location and the lore. It was incredibly moving to see the Madonna up close. As someone who is mobility impaired, my *only* critique is that because the tour was in Spanish and English and it was clear she translated everything word for word, every stop and stand and listen moment was twice as long. This was a bit of a challenge for me. I would honestly urge you to split the tours into English only and Spanish Only to resolve this issue… but it genuinely was only an issue because I had to stand longer at times (in pain). Probably not an issue for anyone without mobility issues.
Sandra was our guide. She was amazing. We enjoyed the trip and highly recommend!!!
