The trip overall was enjoyable. One area for improvement would be to avoid mixing English- and Spanish-speaking groups. The frequent switching between languages made it harder to follow the guide at times and reduced engagement. It also led to repeated explanations, which took away from the time available to explore the mountains. Keeping groups language-specific could make the experience smoother and more efficient. Additionally, including a group photo would be a great way to preserve the memories.

Our trip to Montserrat was wonderful. Our guide, Miri, was amazing. We didn't get to do the cogwheel, as we were told it would be an additional cost, not included with our tickets.
