Bij aankomst was niet duidelijk waar wij ons moesten melden voor de activiteiten met dit kaartje, de mensen daar wisten het ook niet. Hierdoor stonden we lang in verschillende rijen waarna wij werden weggestuurd. Dit was zeer teleurstellend.

Muzeul merita banii, este interactiv, ai ce sa vezi in el si este bine intretinut. Ar putea sa mai stearga exponatele de praf totusi. Ghidul audio este putin incurcat, cam sare peste unele prezentari dar ce prezinta, este bun. Acel punct de panorama este o gluma proasta, este la etajul 1 magazinului de suveniruri, nu vezi absolut nimic si geamul este extrem de murdar, nici poza nu iese bine. In legatura cu achizitionarea de pe site, cand am selectat pachetul pe care il doresc, imi erau prezentare mai multe optiuni, printre care si un subenir digital etc. in paranteza scria “daca este selectata optiunea”. Mie imi apareau toate optiunile bifate (mentionez ca nu am avut nicaieri de bifat efectiv ce doresc din lista aia, mi-au aparut direct bifate). In momentul in care am ajuns acolo, mi-au spus ca am inclus in bilet doar muzeul si punctul de panorama, in rest nimic pentru ca nu a fost bifat. De aceea consider ca pretul de 50€ este scumpuț. Pe site-ul muzeului pretul esre 30€
