I was told I needed to go to office to show QR code and it was closed by the time I got there so missed one day. Had plans for the next day. On the third day I tried to scan the QR code on the tram and it worked. I could have done this from the first day. Waste of money haven’t had a good experience with GYG booking a trip too. Won’t ever use again.

we bought the 5 day pass for three and receive a 2D barcode for our phones. On the metro, scanning worked all the time except once and sometimes this would be 4x per day. However, scanning the code on the tram was an issue. We would try multiple times and it just would not scan, eventually we would just give up. We rode the tram at least 2X per day as well. So, the scanners on the trams need an upgrade. My wife had a paper pass that worked all the time.
