Grundgedanke des Tickets sehr gut , ABER: dadurch daß das Ticket als QR-Code in der APP geöffnetseinmuss dauert das ein ud aussteigen sehr lange, die Leser funktionieren schlecht und da mn bei Bus und Strassenbahn nur bei Fahrer einsteigen kann staut es sich und man wird vom Fahrer angeschrien. Beim aussteigen ist di Schlange zu lang und der Fahrer schließt einfach die Tür und fährt weiter. Andere Kunden haben das Ticket in ihrem Wallet und das funktioniert sofort und problemlos

Great way to travel around the city for an affordable price. Only annoying thing on a few occasions it would take a while for the ticket to be detected by the scanner, so you might find yourself holding up queues. But all good there than that. Was able to easily commute into the city centre.
