Poorly organized for groups such as friends & families, we were forced to seat separately on the long bus journeys and canal boat tour!!

I would have liked the guide to speak to us coming and going on the bus telling us about Holland and Amsterdam in general. I realize now that taking a walking tour of the city would have given me that information but it is a good chance for this same information to be shared on the bus. This also goes for bus to Keukenhof.
